I last went strawberry picking a long time ago with my cousins and aunt in Canada. It was fun and full of berries and a hayride.
When Slma suggested going with Z and Rania, I had to go again!
Going with 2 toddlers was definitely interesting! Z likes blueberries and isn’t a fan of strawberries so she wasn’t so tempted to eat what she saw. Rania, though, liked strawberries so her mum prewashed some for her. That didn’t stop her from lunging at one on the ground and stuffing it in her mouth though!
The air was gorgeous and hazy. I didn’t pick as many berries as Slma and Rania, but I got some photos of the toddlers picking berries. These 2 are getting affectionate with each other which is really sweet to see – they are 7 months apart, believe it or not, but look the same age. There are a few cousin hugs in action so enjoy!
” [He] who made for you the earth a bed [spread out] and the sky a ceiling and sent down from the sky, rain and brought forth thereby fruits as provision for you…” (Quran 2:22)
AHH little Rania is SO adorable! Her pigtails is to die for!
She is adorable!
The cousin photos are so precious! Great shots!
God Bless You & your family.
Thanks lady deidre!
Strawberry picking is still a month or two away in Connecticut. Looking forward to berry picking with the kids – so fun (and sticky). By the way, I enjoy the Quran quotes you put at the end of posts. I am not very familiar with the Quran.
Happy you like the quran quotes :). Will keep them up – they’re really beautiful. Enjoy the picking season!
