I had the opportunity to take Noah’s first year photos with his big sister Emaan (15) and big brother Adam (13). Noah was 9 months old at the time of this session and I loved seeing how his older siblings interacted with him lovingly. Having a little baby in the family is such a joyful time (albeit hectic!), and I love being able to witness and capture these memories for families.
This family flew in from California for their photos with their cousins. The weather forecast the day before the session promised a low percentage of rain and I was ready to go — granola bar packed, camera charged, memory card ready…
Fast-forward to early morning the next day and my phone had a RED alert of a weather flood and torrential storm to hit right at 9 am the time of our session! The alert said to stay clear of flying branches and pouring rain! I swiftly messaged Afshan and we were able to reschedule them to the morning the day of their flight. Whew!

We were on a tight schedule with our trip to Atlanta, and Reem graciously squeezed us in on short notice. She listened to our ideas and requests while beautifully putting them into motion. Her attention to detail and professionalism while addressing our every concern including having a rainy day back up which was needed due to a torrential rain storm,all helped us to be at ease and know we were in good hands. She orchestrated patience and managed to keep the little one including the teenagers engaged and entertained during the shoot.
